Drip Coffee Lounge

One of the newest additions to 7th Street, between McDowell and Thomas, Drip is not only an extremely stylish home for coffee but also a cafe with an awesome breakfast and sandwich menu that utilizes top-quality, organic products for its edible creations. Owner Gina Madrid and her partner, Vine Saccento (designer of the unique V2 flat), have taken a page of Warholian histiory and have created a loungy meeting spot they feel would be the hang for Andy himself if he were around these days. If you covet Eames furniture, you can drool over it at Drip while sipping some of their Caffe Umbria coffees. The breakfst menu includes oatmeal, cereal and a delightful egg-in-the-whole (yup, egg in the middle of bread) that you don't see too often. For lunch, plenty of sandwiches to choose from, as well as some fun sides, like ants on a log - celery with cream cheese or peanut butter, adorned with raisins, if your alone, sit at the bar and you'll certainly find some good conversation.
